A new coffee trailer opened for business on Monday, June 24. Saddle Up Espresso serves hot and cold coffee drinks, Italian Soda, an array of flavored drinks, as well as hot chocolate, and baked goods. Saddle Up Espresso is located on the northeast corner of the Sunshine Foods parking lot.
A ribbon cutting is scheduled for Monday, July 15, 2024 at the trailer’s location at 1 p.m. All are welcome.
The coffee trailer is owned and operated by Sturgis, SD native Cassidy Mutchler. Cassidy is excited to combine her passion for coffee and work ethic to bring a new coffee option for Lennox residents.
Cassidy said, “I’ve lived in Lennox for a little over a year, and in that time, I noticed the need for a year-round coffee shop! I see the potential in Lennox and the growth happening here. I felt like it was an easy decision to open a coffee shop here! I appreciate all the love, support, and well wishes from the community in just the short few weeks I’ve been open! It’s been amazing meeting so many new and incredible people.”
Saddle Up Espresso will be open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to Noon, and Saturdays 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
