There will be City elections in Lennox on Tuesday, April 12. For the City of Lennox, running unopposed are Orville Wiebers for Mayor, Chad Wulf for Ward I (one year term), Greg Poppenga for Ward II (two year term), and Alan Ratliff for Ward II (one year term). Phillip Fett (incumbent) and Glenn Nelson will vie for a two year term in Ward I. Mike Gregg is being challenged by Richard Schriever for the two year term in Ward III. Voting will take place at Lennox City Hall, located at 107 S. Main St. from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12.
Voting wards for the City of Lennox are divided as follows (see map at for more information):
Ward One: portion of the incorporated city limits east of a line passing along the center of Main Street. North to Rummel Street then East to Cherry Street and then North to City limits.
Ward Two: portion of incorporated city limits west of a line passing along the center of Main Street and south of a line passing along the center of Third Ave and to exclude the North half of the blocks between Juniper Street and Elm Street.
Ward Three: portion of incorporated city limits west of a line passing along the center of Main Street and north of a line passing along the center of Third Ave. and to include the North half of the blocks between Juniper Street and Elm Street and blocks N of Rummel Street between Main Street and Cherry Street
